Indian troops martyr two more innocent youth in Rajouri

Srinagar, October 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that peace will continue to elude South Asia if the Kashmir dispute is not resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the unique sacrifices of the Kashmiri people and their unflinching resistance against Indian illegal occupation had centre-staged the dispute over Kashmir on global level. The veteran leader maintained that it was high time for India to give the people of Jammu and Kashmir their inalienable right to self-determination.

On the other hand, complete shutdown was observed in Pampore, today, to protest the killing of a civilian who succumbed to his injuries in a hospital, yesterday. He was critically injured after being severely thrashed by Indian police personnel, last week. Addressing condolence meetings in the area, Hurriyet leaders said that India would never succeed in suppressing Kashmiris’ just struggle through killings and other repressive measures.

Syed Ali Gilani, Yasmeen Raja, Democratic Freedom Party, National Front, Salvation Movement, Liberation Front-R, Democratic Political Movement, Dukhteran-e-Millat, Jamaat-e-Islami and Peoples Freedom League in their separate statements strongly denounced the killing of the civilian in Pampore.

Meanwhile, Indian troops, in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred two innocent Kashmiri youth in Budhal area of Rajouri, today. The puppet administration booked two young boys under draconian law, Public Safety Act in Pulwama and lodged them in Kathua jail.
