Undoubtedly country’s defence is impregnable: President tells Naval Chief

ISLAMABAD: Naval Chief Admiral Noman Bashir on Wednesday met President Asif Ali Zardari and discussed host of issues pertaining to Pakistan Navy and others.

According to sources, meeting lasted for quite a while in which Naval Chief briefed President on the induction of new planes and helicopters in Pakistan Navy stressing that it will help greatly in its capabilities thick and thin.

President opined that government is taking gigantic measures for providing facilities to Pakistan Navy and Armed Forces of the country.

Country’s defense is impregnable and no compromise will be made on it, he underlined.

President was quite satisfied with the performance of Pakistan Navy adding it is playing a mammoth role in protecting borders from militants tooth and nail, sources concluded.
