Tension mounts in south Kashmir, protestors fired

Srinagar, Sep 27: Hundreds of people in south Kashmir village at Samboora, Pampore took to the streets and roads to stage pro-freedom and anti-india slogans. They blocked all roads and link roads leading to Pulwama. They hampered the movement of Indian Army vehicles as well. But the Army fired bullets on the protesters, injuring several youths. Troopers barged into the residential houses as well. As soon as news flashed across adjoining areas, thousands and thousands of people came out of their houses and marched to Samboora. However, troopers also fired them to quell. Details awaited and loudspeakers amplifying with slogans. Firing still goes on.
