Ambreen credits media for safe return


ISLAMABAD: A female student, Ambreen Yousuf, who was earlier brought to Islamabad through a PAF C-130 plane from Kyrgyzstan, said Tuesday that after Almighty, it was the media, due to which she was able to safely return from violence-hit Central Asian nation.

On the other hand, a banner thanking SAMAA was placed outside the residence of Ambreen in Vehari.

The medical student said that Ali Raza was killed after he ventured out of his residence to witness the riots.

“We all were frightened over his death,” she said.

She said: “Our strong will power kept us alive despite not being able to eat or drink anything for four consecutive days.”

Ambreen’s father Muhammand Yousuf said that they would reach Vehari on Wednesday morning.
